Beat Lease Return and Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our beat leases, all sales are final once the beat files or licence have been delivered or downloaded. Beat leases cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded because access cannot be revoked after delivery.

Refunds will not normally be provided if you:

• Change your mind after purchasing

• Purchase the wrong licence

• Fail to review the licence terms

• Experience software incompatibility

• Do not use or release the purchased beat

If you purchase the wrong licence, contact Sugar Beatz Key Productions before using the beat. At our discretion, your original payment may be credited toward a licence upgrade.

Please contact us if you receive incorrect, missing, duplicated or corrupted files. We will investigate and provide corrected files, replacement access or an appropriate refund where necessary.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
